The low value of the pound plus some pretty costly vet bills, left Tom and Liz, two of the four 'international' Togfest Crew members*, contemplating spending the Togfest weekend in the sunshine of an idyllic tiny Greek island, gazing out across the water, glass of retsina in hand, and watching the sun setting over the mountains...... When of course they would much rather be in the UK, camping in a field, helping to build the Togfest site, putting up fences and signs, erecting marquees, catering for the Build Teams etc etc!!
easyJet have come to the rescue and generously offered to help out with two return tickets from Greece. So Tom and Liz are delighted that they will now get to catch up with all their Togfest mates and Togfest is delighted to have them back on board. Must all be an indication of just how much fun it is to be a part of our Build or Takedown Crew!! (Still a vacancy or two by the way!)
* the other two 'international' crew members come every year from Holland!
